1.1 Client Status

Access to this Platform is available to users who meet our eligibility requirements and have successfully completed our registration and verification process. You affirm that you are the authorized user of the account and that all trading activities are conducted by you personally.

1.2 Identity Verification

In accordance with applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations for cryptocurrency exchanges, users must complete a full identity verification process. This may include, but is not limited to:

• Government-issued identification
• Proof of address documentation
• Source-of-funds declarations
• Biometric confirmation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if any verification data is incomplete, unverifiable, fraudulent, or deemed inconsistent with cryptocurrency exchange compliance requirements.

2.1 Nature of Service

The Platform functions as a cryptocurrency exchange, facilitating the trading, buying, selling, and exchange of digital assets. Our services include order matching, wallet services, market data provision, and related cryptocurrency exchange functionalities.

2.2 No Guarantees of Trading Performance

Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk. The Platform does not guarantee trading outcomes, profit generation, or protection against losses. All trading decisions are made at your own risk and discretion.

3.1 Trading Requirements

In accordance with cryptocurrency exchange regulations, users must maintain sufficient account balance to cover their trading activities. Margin trading and leverage may be subject to additional requirements and risk management protocols.

3.2 Deposit and Trading

You acknowledge that trading functionality requires the deposit of cryptocurrency or fiat currency into your platform account. All deposits and trades are subject to our fee structure and processing times as outlined in our fee schedule.

4.1 Assigned Access Levels

Users may be assigned a required level for access finalization based on internal system criteria. These levels are linked to completion thresholds that must be satisfied before withdrawal capabilities are released.

4.2 No Alteration of Level Criteria

The assigned level is determined algorithmically based on internal parameters, including but not limited to: account age, balance history, transaction consistency, and verification strength. It is not negotiable, and no agent or representative has the authority to modify the assigned criteria.

5.1 Manual Action by Client

Once all requirements have been fulfilled and access has been synchronized, the client shall be permitted to initiate manual withdrawal actions from within their Master Account interface. No request mechanism exists outside the platform. Withdrawals may only be executed by the verified user and only through official platform tools.

5.2 No Third-Party Processing

The Private-Coin does not process, forward, or mediate any withdrawal requests. Funds can only be moved directly by the account holder through approved Private-Coin-controlled systems.

6.1 Automation and Finality

All access steps are governed by a compliance-locked, automated infrastructure. No manual overrides, case-by-case escalations, or exception-handling processes are supported. If steps are missed, expired, or incorrectly executed, the system will automatically terminate the session without recourse.

6.2 Limitation of Access Rights

This Private-Coin does not imply or assign ownership, control, or entitlement over any funds, features, or privileges beyond what is recorded within the Private-Coin infrastructure. Your access is limited to system-authorized operations and permissions.
